Justice is swift and rarely does she hesitate. It soon becomes obvious she will be a figure head, a rallying point for hope and although she doesn't like it, she has no choice. Once she and her group are thrust into a situation they can not win, they join in an uneasy alliance against the hordes they encounter. Officers are called in early, the night shift has not checked in or returned and it appears whatever has taken hold of the country has finally trickled to Hot Springs, Arkansas where Lt. From the beginning, it's easy to see the police officers are fighting a loosing situation. This is a wonderful added continuation of the book Splinter,if you haven't read that book you should go and read it first you don't have to but you would definitely know a lot about what's going on and how it all started, as for this book it was Non-Stop zombie carnage from the beginning to the end it really never lets up, there's also some wonderful characters in the book,especially the main one Lisa she's one tough bi#$h that puts a whole new face on zombie-killing,the only thing that kind of bothered me while reading was Miss spellings and bad punctuation kind of messes up the flow of the book other than that it would have been a five-star,all in all it's still a great zombie apocalypse book for anybody that loves this genre,you won't be disappointed.
